A native of Oklahoma, Sharla has over 25 years of non-profit executive experience specializing in executive leadership, board development, fund-development public speaking, legislative work and advocacy. Prior to joining the Tulsa Campaign, Sharla was the CEO of the statewide Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma agency. She has held several leadership fund-development positions in organizations across the state including Philbrook Museum of Art and Oklahoma City Museum of Art. She is committed to improving the lives of young people in our state and tapping into their potential by bringing both public and private entities together to create viable solutions and opportunities for our youth.

Jessica Milberger is a creative and highly motivated advocate for young adults. She believes that everyone has the right to comprehensive reproductive health care, including youth. Before joining the campaign, Jessica worked as a Family Life and Sexuality Education specialist with the Carrera Program and as the Teen Primary Pregnancy Prevention Program Advisor for three major schools in Chicago. Jessica received her Bachelor’s degree at Central Michigan University in Public Health Promotion and Community Education and minored in Family Life and Human Sexuality.
